Reservation Policy

*$200 non-refundable deposit holds your puppy ( you may choose to switch your reservation one time only, to a  future litter). When switching litters, you MUST let us know at least 2 weeks prior to pick-up date or a new deposit must be made in order to stay on the list, and current litter pricing will always apply. 

*First come first serve on color and gender.

*SML must know your first choice on sex/color to hold your puppy. A second choice is recommended in case we don't have your first choice, if  the 2nd choice is available you will be assigned to that pup. If you do not provide a second choice,  and we do not have the color/sex you requested, you will go on a list, in order of  the date of reservation and choose from the remaining puppies that are available out of the litter. If you choose to switch your reservation to a different sex/color, you will go on the list by order of reservation with those that did not have their one and only choice available ( If Switching reservation to a new litter for different color/sex it will be considered a "new deposit" and will go in order of deposits received). SML also provides "breeder preferred choice"  option. In this case we would assist in helping you choose your puppy based on our experience with the specific litter, and recommend a pup based on your preference of trait/ quality/ personality. Thank you for understanding!!  Puppy picks are done in order of deposit on the pickup date.

*All transactions must be cash or credit card, we do not accept checks

(credit card transaction over $200 will be charged a 3% convenience fee + 6% sales tax)

+Breeder always has the right to first pick of the litter, thanks for understanding!
